  1. Define the Physician Requirement
    • Conversations between SJA and representatives from the hiring organization establish the actual scope and parameters of the search.

  2. Design Recruitment Strategy
    • SJA's research department, marketing program and consultant team collaborate to develop a plan for recruitment.

  3. Engage SJA Proprietary Database
    • The SJA consultant and research team implement a thorough search of our proprietary database to identify and initiate communication with priority physicians who are currently active in the market or might potentially be attracted into the market.

  4. Physician Interviews
    • Potential candidates are interviewed in depth and screened for both technical capability and attitudinal disposition as these relate to the criteria provided by the physician requirement.

  5. Introduction of Viable Physician Candidates
    • Appropriate physician candidates are introduced to the hiring organization for their review.

  6. Relationship Facilitation
    • SJA will continue to support, nurture and encourage the search process until it reaches a successful conclusion.
