Pay For Performance—You owe SJA nothing unless you get exactly what you want—period! All SJA services are on a "performance" or "contingent" basis. There is no upfront retainer to pay for uncertain future results. No result, no cost!
Flat Fee—SJA services are provided on a flat-fee basis. You know before the process begins precisely what the cost of the successful recruitment services will be. There are no hidden costs, no surprise expenses and no unexpected invoices. You are free to negotiate compensation with the physician because the investment with SJA is not a reflection of the amount of the offer you present a physician. You receive one physician for one price.
Non-Exclusive Agreement—When you work with SJA in securing a new physician you are not constrained from using other in-house or external recruitment or advertising resources. In fact, we appreciate the competitive challenge. There is nothing more powerful in exposing the SJA service advantage than trying out the competition. Entering into a recruitment relationship with SJA does not constrain, but rather expands, your exposure to the physician market.
Unconditional Guarantee—St. John Associates, Inc. unconditionally guarantees that a signed physician will start his/her new assignment and that this physician will be fully in line with your expectations, specifications and criteria. Should the physician be separated from your organization during the first 90 days of actual employment, with or without cause, St. John Associates, Inc. will refund 100% of the fee-for-service paid.
