The practice:
- Step into a ready-made position in a well-run 17-bed psychiatric unit
- Practice adult psychiatry and serve as medical director
- All inpatient care
- Mixed patient population, 2/3 mood disorders; 1/3 psychotic disorders
- 50% of patients carry a co-morbid substance abuse disorder
