- 75% geriatric, 25% adult patient mix
- Mix inpatient and outpatient
- 38-bed geriatric inpatient unit, 4-bed adult inpatient unit and an additional 6 beds for observation
- Outpatient afternoon clinics with some outreach to area office
- Some Telemedicine coverage
