The Practice:
- $300,000 w/incentive bonuses
- $25,000 sign on bonus
- Academic affiliation with Texas Tech
- Employed position
- Relocation up to $15,000
- 24 geriatric beds
- 20 adult beds/secured unit
- 12 adolescent beds/served now mainly through tele-medicine
- Support staff of more than 25 practitioners, nurses, and therapists
- Daily rounding on 18-23 patients daily, new evaluations, and discharges, qualify patients for intensive outpatient group therapy, oversight of PA, attend senior leadership meetings, attend committee meetings (PI, Infection Control, Med Exec), champion services in-house and with area medical community
