The practice:

• Employed position as part of hospital-owned multispecialty group
• Call of 1:5 with no trauma call
• Primary care base are all employed by hospital – no marketing or networking needed to generate case load
• Be busy from day one servicing a region in desperate need for a quality Urologist
• Mid-level support staffed by hospital and includes NP’s, CRNA’s, and anesthesiologists available for surgery
• Hospital is primarily outpatient driven and has 5 surgery OR’s
• Above-average compensation package includes salary guarantee for 2 years with shareholder fast-track
• Resident stipend, relocation assistance, sign on bonus, and student loan assistance are all available
• Faculty position available at nearby university – spend time in research and with residents
