• Join an established orthopedic group practice with 5 surgeons

• ER department sees 48,000 patients per year
• Sign on bonus
• CME education allowance $4000 plus an additional paid 40 hours to obtain CEU

• wRVU model in addition to base salary in the $600,000 range
• 33 days PTO annually
