New York Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine Job

The Position:

• Join a supportive and well trained team of 13 Pulmonary and Critical Care physicians that includes 2 Sleep Medicine physicians and one Interventional Pulmonology physician
• Work at a 400-bed university hospital with a 32-bed MICU
• 2^nd facility is 250 beds and with a 10-bed ICU
• Faculty appointment – teaching opportunity with fellows and residents
• Rotate as an attending in the MICU and the Pulmonary consult service 
• Provide ICU and ventilator management consultation to other services
• Hone your sleep medicine skills in a 12 bed sleep lab – interpret studies and teach here as well
• Join one of the subspecialty clinics in the following areas: Thoracic Oncology Program, Cystic Fibrosis, Pulmonary Hypertension, Interstitial Lung Disease, Asthma
• Enjoy a lighter call schedule – supervise the fellows on call
