The Practice:

• Hospital-employed practice at a fully private, not-for-profit hospital
• Team currently consists of of 4 Urologists in a new practice
• Full range of services in an outpatient setting
• 1:10 call
• Flexible schedule
• 3-year guaranteed salary in the upper range of MGMA
• RVU incentive compensation model
