The Practice:
- Join a successful private orthopedic practice
- Established trauma program
- Ideal candidate will have extensive skills in Trauma and some General Orthopedics
- High volume of diverse fracture cases from day one
- Fast-growing, fast-paced practice with four clinic locations
- Help cover two hospitals, one is the region's only Level 2 Trauma Center
- ER call rotation is 1:9
- On-site PT
- Two-year partnership track
- Real estate and ASC investments after partnership
- Group has a new ASC
- Fair market compensation + incentives
