The practice:

  • Employed opportunity with a private, long-established cardiology group
  • They seek a full-time EP cardiologist 
  • Required skills include VT ablations, AFib, devices, and ability to read echo studies
  • Lead extraction training is helpful but not required
  • General cardiology background in nuclear and TEE is a big plus though this will be nearly 100% EP
  • Expect 150+ Ablations the first year
  • 300-400 device cases a year
  • Divide your time between clinic (1-2 days per week) and lab
  • No more than one site per day
  • Work out of two offices and two hospitals
  • State-of-the-art EP labs and Cath labs
  • Very collegial group with zero turnover in the last 20 years
  • Excellent referrals, with 85% of the business in one area
